Oatmeal & Fenugreek Hair Mask for Growth, Moisture & Scalp Health

That’s why we’re excited to share one of our favorite DIY treatments, the Oatmeal & Fenugreek Hair Mask. A nourishing, gentle remedy made with kitchen staples and Ayurvedic-inspired care.

At Sharm Naturals, we believe haircare should be simple, holistic, and effective. This mask blends oatmeal, fenugreek tea, plain yogurt, and natural oils to hydrate the scalp, strengthen roots, and bring softness back to your curls or coils.

 Why Oatmeal + Fenugreek?

You shouldn't let any leftover fenugreek tea go to waste. Here’s how to use it to strengthen your strands.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked oatmeal (or ground oats + hot water)
  • ½ cup fenugreek tea (strained or unstrained)
  • Soft fenugreek seeds (optional, blend for best results)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • Optional: Fragrance oil

Instructions:

  • Combine fenugreek and oatmeal in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Strain the mixture thoroughly using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Be sure to strain thoroughly, as any leftover particles can remain in your hair after rinsing.
  • Pour the strained mixture into a bowl
  • Stir in honey, yogurt, oil, and fragrance oil until well combined
  • Pour the final mixture into a bottle for easy application
  • Apply to hair in sections and leave on for 30–40 minutes before rinsing. For best results, wrap your hair with a shower cap while the mixture is on to help enhance the absorption
